Like every international student, we were juggling university, part-time jobs, and figuring out how to cook decent meals. But there was one problem that kept showing up week after week β grocery waste.
We were each spending $150 to $300 a week on groceries, and yet, every week, ingredients would go bad. Despite trying to cook, plan, and eat better, something just wasn't working. Our fridges were full but our meals lacked consistency, nutrition, or variety. And we weren't alone.
